  1. We encourage patients strictly to take prior appointments.
  2. We take in limited appointments per day to ensure sterilization protocols are well adhered to. 
  3. Each appointment is spaced.
  4. As the patient enters the clinic we provide them with disposable shoe covers, head caps and a disposable gown to be worn as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment.)
  5. A temperature check is done for the patient as well as the attendant.
  6. Hand sanitizer stations are there in various areas of the clinic.
  7. A Covid Declaration form is to be signed by patients with their history.
  8. All staff and doctors are in PPE at all times.
  9. Biomedical waste disposal of the clinic is in accordance with the Haryana Government guidelines.
  10. After each patient, every room is sanitized and clinical surfaces are disinfected with 1% sodium hypochlorite/70% alcohol. 
  11. Please bear with us in case sometimes you may have to wait 10-15 minutes while an operatory is being prepared for you.
  12. A preprocedural mouthrinse with 1% hydrogen peroxide or 2% povidone iodine is given to the patient.
  13. HEPA filters are used in air conditioners
  14. All instruments are subjected to class B autoclave (the highest form of sterilization)
  15. Multi bucket technique used for mopping the clinic.
